Workwear for Women
Who we are
Jean&Josie Workwear for Women was born out of a realisation of the lack of clothing available designed specifically for women in the construction industry.
The brand name Jean&Josie is the name of the founder’s grandma and daughter. Jean was a landgirl in the Second World War and was mostly found fixing or driving trucks. Josie is an inspiring young women with a passion for science and an intense dislike of injustice.
Proud to support The Girls' Network charity
Jean&Josie are really proud to support The Girls' Network charity with every single sale we make.
The Girls' Network aims to inspire and empower girls from the least advantaged communities by connecting them with a mentor and a network of professional female role models. We believe that no girl's future should be limited by her background, gender or parental income.
We believe all females should have an equal opportunity to work in whatever industry they choose and not be subject to gender stereotyping. So, whether you order a polo, t-shirt or hoodie, The Girls' Network charity will receive a commission. They will receive a minimum percentage on the net value of all orders.
Sustainability
Here at Jean&Josie we have taken responsibility for our impact on the environment and society and changed our business practices to reflect this. Not only do we fully promote the use of 100% organic cotton products, we also recycle where possible and have minimised waste in all areas of the business. We are committed to sustainability being standard in everything we do.
