Returns Policy

If you decide you don’t want the goods, please email us first stating the order number and reason for return and method of return.

You are responsible for the return postage.

Please return the order in the original packaging and unused for a refund within 14 days. Please include a copy of the original invoice and state the reason for returning so we can improve our service to you.

• For clothes, the original tags must be on and they need to be returned in their packaging unworn and clean. They must be suitable for immediate resale, so please consider this when repacking. If the product is not in a suitable condition for resale no refund will be issued.

• For shoes, the original tags must be on and they must not have been worn and are still in their original box. They must be suitable for immediate resale, so please consider this when repacking. If the product is not in a suitable condition for resale no refund will be issued.

We are not able to refund personalised items, so please choose your size carefully and phone us on 01353 863049 if you are unsure.

We are not able to refund underwear.

Original postage costs will not be refunded. If you received free postage, we will deduct the actual cost of postage that we incurred from your refund.

Faulty Products

We offer a 1-year return policy for faulty goods on most of our products. Fault or damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Before returning any products you feel may have developed a fault please phone us on 01353 863049 or email info@jean&josie.co.uk first and then return the item as described above. Where the returned product is confirmed as faulty or damaged we will refund to you the cost of the return postage.

Products returned as faulty will be examined for faults. If the fault found is due to normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, wilful damage or accident we may not offer a refund to you, and you will be given the option of having the item disposed of or returned back to you.
