Jean&Josie Workwear for Women was born out of a realisation of the lack of clothing available designed specifically for women in the construction industry.
Behind the brand
The brand name Jean&Josie is the name of the founder’s grandma and daughter. Jean was a landgirl in the Second World War and was mostly found fixing or driving trucks. Josie is an inspiring young women with a passion for science and an intense dislike of injustice.
Our mission
Jean&Josie’s mission is to give working women the choice to wear career-appropriate clothing that is actually designed to fit a female body, and that they are proud to wear.

Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of applying a design to material using specialist thread. We take your logo and professionally redraw it through a process called digitisation, ready for our machines to stitch out. Different stitch types can be used to add texture to the design.
Embroidery is great for creating that premium quality look. It is durable, doesn’t fade and up to 12 colours can be stitched at any one time making the process cost-effective for logos with multiple colours.
Printing
We offer a range of printing methods from single colour vinyl printing through to multi colour heat transfers.
Printing is durable and a cost-effective way of adding your logo to your workwear.
