Delivery and Order Information

When will my order be dispatched?

Standard orders will be dispatched within 5 working days

Blaklader and Fristads brand clothing will be dispatched within 15 working days

Personalised clothing will be dispatched within 15 working days

If there is a delay for any reason we will inform you by email.

Please be aware at present if your order is sent out from a central warehouse in Europe then containers can be delayed at customs. If this is the case we will endeavour to keep you informed.

UK Mainland Delivery:

Orders up to the value of £120-

Delivery is £5.95

Orders over £120.00 –

Delivery is free but the cost would be deducted if the order or parts of the order is returned for a refund.

Do you deliver overseas?

Currently no, we only deliver to the UK Mainland.

Shipping and Handling.

Orders are delivered by courier (and will require a signature) or via Royal Mail. Carriage charges cover two consecutive weekday attempts at the delivery address provided when the order is placed. Should a third attempt be required or a change of address then additional charges will be incurred.

If delivery is refused, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund.

If delivery is requested without a signature, the customer is agreeing to take full responsibility in the event of the parcel going missing.

Please report all issues with delivery within 48 hours.

Backorders and stock availability:

Due to the volume of orders and different warehouses from which we source the items, we are unable to show live stock levels. If your item is not in stock but is due to be within 14 days we will place the item on backorder for you and notify you of the delay. If longer, then where possible an alternative will be offered and you can choose to cancel or wait for the order.

If you wish to check the status of an item before placing your order just email info@jeanandjosie.co.uk stating the product code and colour and size and we will let you know availability.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices are VAT inclusive – your invoice will give you a breakdown of the VAT. Our VAT registration number is 335004738

What communications can I expect when I place an order?

When your order is received, you will get an automated email confirmation. When your goods have been dispatched you will receive another email. If you do not get these emails, please check your spam folder
